Experiences Teaching Tens of Thousands Online
As one of the few AI people who has had the opportunity to teach a Massively Open Online Course without creating my own platform to distribute it (Yes, I'm talking to you, Thrun, Ng, Koller, Isbell, and Norvig), I have an odd insider/outside perspective on the whole MOOC phenomenon. I will share what I've learned about this kind of learning about machine learning, highlighting some techniques that have worked particularly well and some that have worked not so well.

The AAAI-14/IAAI-14 technicial program registration includes participation in EAAI-14 for invited participants and other interested individuals.
